Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information is involved when you visit the ExuCore website, who processes it, and what choices and rights you have.

The short version

  • This website is an information site about ExuCore's product strategy and delivery services, written for businesses, founders, professional teams and prospective clients. There are no accounts to create and nothing to log in to.
  • There are currently no contact or enquiry forms on the website, so nothing is submitted to ExuCore through it. If you want to get in touch, you can email hello@exucore.com.
  • ExuCore uses optional analytics to understand how the website is used. Analytics is never switched on until you accept it, and you can reject it or change your choice at any time.
  • If you reject analytics, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics information is sent. The only thing stored is the choice itself, so you are not asked again on every page.
  • There is no advertising, remarketing or personalised-advertising technology on the website.
  • The hosting infrastructure that serves the website may process technical request information, such as your IP address, in the ordinary course of delivering pages to you.

Information processed by the hosting infrastructure

The ExuCore website is hosted through the Lovable platform. Serving a web page necessarily involves the hosting infrastructure handling technical information about each request. This information may include:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • The page or file requested
  • The referring page, where your browser sends one
  • The date and time of the request
  • The response status returned
  • Operational and diagnostic information generated if something fails

Some of this information, such as an IP address, can constitute personal data. It is processed by the hosting infrastructure so that pages can be delivered, the service can be kept secure and reliable, and faults can be diagnosed.

This hosting-level processing is separate from the optional analytics described below. It happens because a page has to be served to you at all, and it is not switched on or off by your analytics choice.

Information you provide directly

This is kept deliberately separate from the hosting-level processing and the analytics described in this notice, so that the three are never confused.

The website currently provides no accounts, no sign-in, no enquiry form and no newsletter sign-up. As things stand, ExuCore collects nothing from you directly through the website itself.

If you choose to email hello@exucore.com, that message, your email address and anything you include in it are processed so your enquiry can be understood and answered. That is your own decision to make contact, not something the website collects.

Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4)

ExuCore uses Google Analytics 4 as optional website analytics, to understand how the website is used at an aggregate level — which pages people find useful, and where the site is unclear.

Analytics is not essential to the website. It is never loaded before you make a choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process information such as:

  • The pages you view on this website
  • The approximate time of your visit and how long you spend on a page
  • The source that referred you, such as a search engine or another website
  • Your browser and device category
  • General geographic information, such as country or region
  • Interaction events configured for this website, such as following a key link
  • A pseudonymous client identifier stored in first-party analytics cookies

This information is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: it is not intended to identify you by name, but a client identifier can distinguish one browser from another, and it should not be described as containing nothing identifiable.

ExuCore does not receive raw IP addresses through Analytics reporting. IP address is used by Google as part of delivering the service and deriving approximate location, and Google acts as ExuCore's analytics service provider for this processing.

Advertising features, remarketing, personalised advertising and Google Ads are not connected to this website. Google Signals is not enabled.

You can accept analytics, reject analytics, or change your choice later at any time using the cookie settings control in the website footer. If you reject, the analytics tag stays blocked, no analytics cookies are set, and no analytics information is sent — including no cookieless measurement.

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent. Where consent has not been given, no analytics processing takes place.

How and why information is used

Information involved in your visit is used only to:

  • Deliver the pages and files you request
  • Keep the website secure and available
  • Identify and diagnose technical faults
  • Remember your analytics-consent choice
  • Understand aggregate website usage, where you have accepted analytics
  • Respond to enquiries you choose to send by email

The website is not used for advertising, for remarketing, or to build marketing profiles of individual visitors.

Optional analytics relies on your consent.

Cookies and browser storage

There are two clearly separate categories of storage on this website.

Necessary preference storage. When you accept or reject Google Analytics, that choice is stored in your browser's own local storage so the website can remember it and does not have to ask again. The record holds only the choice itself, the version of this wording it was given against, and the date it was made, so your choice can be honoured and you can be asked again if the purpose materially changes. It contains no identifier, is never sent to a server, and is not used to measure your behaviour. Nothing is stored before you make a choice.

Optional analytics cookies. If — and only if — you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets its own first-party analytics cookies in your browser. These typically have names such as _ga and _ga_ followed by a measurement container identifier. Their exact names and lifetimes will be confirmed against the final analytics configuration and stated here before publication; no duration is claimed in advance.

If you reject analytics, no analytics cookies are set at all. If you have accepted and change your mind, you can reject analytics at any time through the cookie settings control in the footer, and you can also delete existing cookies through your browser settings.

There is no advertising, remarketing or tag-management technology on the website, and no service worker is registered. Your browser will also cache pages, styles, scripts and fonts so the site loads faster on return visits; that is standard browser behaviour and stores no identifier for ExuCore.

If an enquiry form, a scheduler or any other embedded third-party service is added in future, this section and the consent position will be reassessed before that change goes live.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted through the Lovable platform, which acts as a service provider processing technical request and diagnostic information on ExuCore's behalf as described above.

Google is used as ExuCore's analytics service provider through Google Analytics 4, and processes analytics information only where you have accepted analytics.

No other third-party service processes information through this website. There are no advertising networks, tag managers, chat widgets, maps, video players or social embeds, and the fonts used are served from the website's own domain rather than an external font service.

Sharing and international processing

ExuCore does not sell information about visitors, and has configured no sharing of visitor information with third parties beyond the hosting and analytics providers described in this notice.

Information may be disclosed where ExuCore is legally required to do so, or to obtain professional advice in connection with a legal claim.

Hosting and analytics infrastructure can involve processing in more than one country, including outside the UK. Specific transfer locations and the safeguards relied upon will be described here once they have been confirmed, rather than stated speculatively.

How long information is kept

ExuCore keeps no visitor database of its own from this website.

Technical request and diagnostic information handled by the hosting infrastructure is retained by that provider on its own schedule. Where an exact period is not known to ExuCore, the criteria applied are that such information should be kept only as long as needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

Where analytics has been accepted, analytics information is retained by Google for the retention period configured for the property, which will be stated here once it has been confirmed against the final configuration. Your consent choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and to meet record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. It is an information site with no visitor accounts, no visitor database, no payment processing and no administrative interface exposed to visitors, which keeps the information at risk to a minimum.

No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and this notice makes no such promise.

Your privacy rights

Where UK data protection law applies to information about you, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data is held about you and get a copy of it
  • Ask for inaccurate personal data to be corrected
  • Ask for personal data to be deleted, in the circumstances the law allows
  • Ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it
  • Withdraw consent to optional analytics at any time, without affecting your use of the website
  • Ask to receive personal data in a portable form, where that right applies
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office

To make a request, email hello@exucore.com. Because ExuCore holds very little information from website visits, it may need to ask for details that help locate anything relevant.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

Children's privacy

The ExuCore website promotes professional product strategy and delivery services for businesses, founders and professional teams. It is not designed or directed at children.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website changes in a way that affects it — for example if an enquiry form is introduced, or if the analytics configuration changes. Updated wording will be published on this page before such a change takes effect, and the date of the current version will be shown here.
